A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time.
The retainer is applied to your total. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session (or you may pay in full at booking).

SESSION POLICIES

~Booking + Retainer~
A retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Retainers are non-refundable and apply toward your session total. The remaining balance is due by the agreed deadline before your session. Retainer amounts: $200 for all sessions except Luxury, which requires a $450 retainer.

~Rescheduling~
Reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours before your session start time. One (1) reschedule is allowed per booking. Additional reschedules (or reschedule requests made inside 72 hours) will require a new retainer to secure a new date.

~Cancellation / No-Show~
If you cancel your session, the retainer is forfeited. If you do not show up for your scheduled session time, it is considered a no-show and the retainer is forfeited.

~Late Arrivals~
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session is forfeited and I will leave; the retainer is forfeited. Session time begins at the scheduled start time you book (not arrival time). If you’ve booked a studio rental, late arrivals may reduce your shooting time and can impact rental coverage.

~Weather (Outdoor Sessions)~
If weather conditions impact an outdoor session, we’ll either reschedule or pivot to an indoor/studio option (if available). Weather decisions are made with your safety and the final images in mind.

~Turnaround + Delivery~
After your session, you’ll receive a proof gallery to select your favorite images for final editing and retouching. Final selected images are delivered within 3 weeks of your selection date. Rush delivery is available—reach out and we can discuss availability and pricing.

~Retouching + RAW Files~
All delivered images are edited and naturally retouched in my signature style. RAW/unedited files are not delivered under any circumstance.

  • Yes, you can bring someone for support. Please only bring persons that will encourage, hype, and make you feel comfortable at the shoot. (and for couples sessions they’re obviously encouraged). For boudoir, I recommend keeping it minimal to maintain a comfortable vibe.
